ASET
Total Aset PT Maulana Karya Persada mengalami kenaikan dalam 3 tahun berturut-turut. Dimana pada akhir September 2020 mencapai 24,873 Milyar. Dibandingkan dengan tahun 2018 Total Aset mengalami peningkatan sebesar 231% pada akhir tahun 2019 dan 370,82% pada akhir September 2020. Peningkatan ini 96% disebabkan kenaikan dalam Aset Lancar terutama persediaan produk PAO dan lain-lain. Sebagaimana diketahui PT Maulana Karya Persada telah melakukan kerja sama operasional (KSO) dalam proses produksi dengan PT PN XIII yang dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi perusasahaan.
LIABILITAS
PT Maulana Karya Persada tidak memiliki kewajiban jangka panjang pada pihak ketiga, sementara kewajiban jangka pendek berupa hutang pajak yang segera disetor ke kas Negara. Berturut turut tahun 2018, 2019, dan 2020 perusahaan harus menyetor ke kas Negara dari kewajiban pajak sebesar Rp 9,29 juta, Rp 80,81 juta dan Rp 178,23 juta.
EKUITAS
Seiring dengan meningkatnya volume usaha yang ditandai dengan peningkatan dalam penjualan, maka pemilik modal terus menambah modal untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional terutama pengadaan persediaan, asset-aset tidak lancer dan penambahan modal kerja. Selain itu peningkatan ekuitas ini berasal dari keuntungan yang dibukukan perusahaan akhir tahun 2019 dan akhir September 2020 berturut-turut sebesar Rp 698 juta dan Rp 1,495 Milyar (lihat ikhtisar laba rugi)
